Phase 4: Closure

Closure Phase

This phase allows for the opportunity to review the initial agreement, harvest all learning and reflect on the process.

Closure is the final step in an evolutionary process started in the negotiation phase. Partners get to know each other during the enabling phase, become more aware of each other’s interests and needs, and they thus are in a better position to plan closure collaboratively.
