Exosystem
Every school, every classroom and every child is unique. All new teachers, including student teachers, need to be inducted into the school. This includes understanding of school culture and infrastructure. The school culture has developed over time and embraces its wider community. It takes into account the community’s socio-economic status, resources, cultural backgrounds, religious affiliations and a range of other influences that directly influence the school.
